Zest from 1/2 Lemon

Wash the plums, drain, cut in half and remove the stone .

Boil in a saucepan the water, red wine, sugar, cinnamon, star anise and Lemon Zest.

Fill the plums in the glasses and distribute the broth over it. Pour into each glass a piece of each star anise and cinnamon.

Seal the jars well and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water. Remove and let cool.
