Plums in red wine – Preserved for the whole year

Now is time for delicious preserved Plums in Red Wine.

Preserving Plums in red wine is just the right thing, because everywhere you find delicious plums and you can not get enough of it. Certainly there is nothing like a fresh piece of plum cake with whipped cream, but even in winter a tasty boiled plum is not wrong. Therefore, I have made a few glasses to have something in winter. Today there is a recipe for plums in red wine with spices.

But the red wine is definitely not too dominant, it’s just a taste and fits perfectly to the plums. Anyone who wants can change the wine with something else. Also the spices can be changed. But just as in the recipe is very tasty in any case. The recipe is for 2 glasses of 500 ml content.
