The Flatbread dough for this version has already proven its value in the avocado flatbread, the small berry flatbread and the pumpkin flatbread and has now been suitably topped with fresh green asparagus. For the asparagus flatbread, I have simply spread a flavored sour cream under the asparagus and of course Parmesan may not be missing. It is again very nice for this recipe to have fresh asparagus almost directly from the field, like I had already in the recipe for the grilled asparagus.

This hearty popcorn with curry is sometimes an alternative to the classics salty or sweet. It’s super easy to do and definitely something different.
With the many different curries on the market, you have a great way to customize it to your liking. Whether a simple curry, more sharpness or even a fruity version. We made our popcorn with a simple and classic curry.
Later comes the recipe for sweet popcorn with caramel. That’s the blast, I promise.
Heat the oil in a pot (about 20 cm Ø and 10 cm high) on the stove at the highest level.
If the oil is hot and starts to smoke a bit, add the corn and close the lid.
Always move the pot slightly so that the unpopped corn kernels can fall to the ground.
When all corn kernels have popped, turn off the heat. Now add the curry and salt, close the lid again and shake well. Then pour the popcorn with curry into a bowl.

A delicious Guacamole should not be missing when you eat Nachos.
The last thing missing to the perfect Super Bowl Nachos is a delicious guacamole. Usually this is simply made from crushed avocado, some coriander, lemon juice and spices. We make it with cream cheese. This raises the taste and makes the whole thing even creamier.

The tomato salsa does not just go great with nachos.
With the homemade nachos from yesterday fits very well a delicious tomato salsa. Of course, this does not only go with the Nachos on Super Bowl Sunday, but also with grilled meat and fresh bread very well in summer.
When the nachos are done, the salsa is the least work. Perfect in addition to a delicious guacamole and the Super Bowl or movie night can begin. The recipe for the guacamole will follow later, and tomorrow there will be delicious popcorn.

Homemade nachos definitely belong to the Super Bowl.
The snack today are homemade nachos, but these only are a part of it. In addition there are two delicious dips, which I present you tomorrow. Whether the whole thing so pure called nachos already, or only baked with cheese, everyone can decide for themselves. Even the omniscient Internet says something else everywhere. For many of the people these are tortilla chips when they are pure. For us it’s always just nachos.
Of course you can also buy Nachos (or tortilla chips) very well, but you can also do it yourself. The production is actually quite simple. In principle, almost like the Tagliatelle, just with a different dough. In any case, the [amazon link=”B01COGM5YQ” title=”dough sheeter” /] is a great help here.
The biggest difference between this recipe and the industrial nachos is in principle just the frying. We only baked them in the oven. That saves a lot of fat, but then it is a little firmer. The oven nachos are not as fine-crumbly as fried ones. What you prefer now is up to you, we do not think this version is bad and in any case, after a large portion this is much more digestible.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead with the dough hooks to a dough. Then wrap the dough in foil and let rest for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into several portions and press a little flat and long. You should have the width of the pasta machine.
Flour the dough and roll on the biggest stage through the [amazon link = "B01COGM5YQ" title = "Machine" /]. Repeat this step by step at each stage. At stage 4, the dough has the desired thickness.
Place the rolled dough on a board and prick it with a fork a few times. Then cut into triangles and place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake the nachos in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 8-9 minutes, remove and allow to cool. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
